Grooved Beaded Heaters

Designed for household ovens and cookers, grooved beaded heaters serve as an efficient alternative to traditional bottom tubular heaters. Compared to tubular heaters of the same power and length, they offer a lower specific load per unit of surface area (8W/cm²), resulting in a longer service life.

The heating spiral is fully insulated with ceramic rings (beads) along its entire length and is placed in a longitudinally ribbed groove made from hot-dip aluminized tin.

To optimize energy efficiency and baking performance, the heater’s shape can be customized to meet specific customer requirements.

Technical Characteristics of Heaters - durability and enhanced heat distribution

Technical Characteristics of Heaters

The heater is placed in an open, longitudinally ribbed groove made of aluminized tin, which remains stable at temperatures up to 850°C. This durability is achieved through the interaction between the steel core and aluminum coating, while the aluminized tin enhances heat distribution through its reflection effect.

Resistant Materials

The heater is secured to the bottom of the oven, either longitudinally or transversely, using a galvanized flange. The groove is connected to the oven framework with crossbars made from materials resistant to environmental influences.

Long service life of Heaters

Long service life

To ensure long service life, the heater's power density does not exceed 8W/cm² along the groove length.

Quality

The heaters are environmentally friendly and simple to recycle.

They are made in accordance with ISO directives and they comply with RoHS requirements.

The production process is monitored with statistical process control (SPC) and the failure mode and effects analysis technique (FMEA) and is also fully computer aided. This makes it possible to achieve extremely high quality products.
